Des' T&C

I will not work with those under the age of 18.
Turnaround - up to three weeks for renders; five weeks for animation. Everything will be ready for Christmas if a present for yourself or another.
During this commission round, I'm only using public release backgrounds and won't be ripping any backgrounds myself.
Mods are allowed if the mod author has given prior permission.
Commission list shall be placed on Trello and updated as working on and completed.
Once it is time for your commission, we will discuss your vision either via email (desdimonda@gmail.com) or DM via bluesky or Discord, where references will be requested.
Payment taken through PayPal invoice when I begin your commission. If you are unable to use PayPal, please contact me.
No refunds given once work has started.
Small ammendments to models and scene may be given after approval, but larger adjustments may require additional costs.
Do not upload the non-signature images you receive from me publicly.
You are NOT permitted to use my work for AI or AI training in any capacity.
You may reference my art for your own work, be it 3D, 2D or writing. But I MUST be credited.
I do not require for you to credit me for model ports and builds unless there is anything of my original work included such as modelling or texturing from scratch, and hand drawn scars/tattoos.
